<p>i agree with skraylor. i've been wondering what that distinguishing feature about me was. and to be honest, i have some pretty weak spots, but everything else makes up for it.</p>
<p>it's about who the person is as a whole, not each specific aspect.</p>
<p>i disagree. though ivy league schools do look for overall success, they are especially keen on finding students who are passionate about a thing or two.</p>

<p>yea, i have about 4 things i'm "passionate" about but i've never gone on to greatness with any of them and i got in (my 4 things are music, lacrosse, robotics, and math btw....well-rounded if you ask me)</p>
<p>if someone asked me, i couldn't say definitively what distinguished me even though i am passionate about that "thing or two." i can't say i've ever really brought my skills in it to a national level or whatever, so i can't be sure that's what got me in.</p>
