<p>Does the top 10 % rule man that you get into the school that you want to get into...like the business school...or do you have to apply to it?</p>
<p>you have to apply to the seperate schools within the university...the top 10% rule simply gets you admission into the University of Texas liberal arts program and if you want to go business or engineering or w/e you have to apply to that individual school of which admission is NOT guaranteed</p>
<p>if ur top 3 percent instate, ur in to business. thats how a dallas area counselor basically put it for me</p>
