<p>Sorry if this question is stupid. I received my ACT report, and my score for English is a 32; however after the writting section was added in, the average changed. My calculated composite (the one on the report) is without the writting section, and i was just wondering if that's the real composite or if I'm suppose to calculate it myself with the writting section added in (It's a difference of 1 point).</p>
<p>Your combined english/writing subscore (the one you are referring to) doesnt' affect your composite.</p>
