<p>The fixed tuition letter has nothing to do with financial aid. It is now a state policy that tuition is fixed for four years for each incoming class. Those who started in Fall 2006, the first year of the policy, will pay the same tuition through Spring 2010. Those starting in Fall 2007 will pay a bit more for each of their four years. Whether you personally get financial aid or not is a totally separate decision.</p>
