question!

Hey guys, im an international student from China whos currently been in america for 10 years legally. I know that i have to get the I20 and the F1 soon, but i was wondering.. after i receive it, would I be able to go back to china for a visit in july and come back for college? someone informed me that i'd have to get the F1 AGAIN and theres a possibility that i won't be allowed back..is this true??

thannkkkkssss

no that's not true! u can go out of the states as many times as u want if u hold a visa student; you don't have to apply for a visa again because ur visa is valid for 4 years (undergraduate educ.). In fact, many international students do that!( they go to their country in summer)
hope it helps!..

Just remember that you need a travel signature on your I-20 in order to re-enter the States once your F-1 visa becomes valid.
