Question.

I was wondering how it looks to colleges if I have a high ACT score (35/36) but a lower SAT score (high 2100s/low 2200s). I would submit only the ACT score if I could but I have to send in all SATs for subject tests.

I know that many people have said that they will take the higher score of either SAT or ACT, but does the lower SAT detract at all from my overall stats. Essentially, will the low SAT diminish my high ACT score?

I could retake the SAT in the fall but that would be my third time. Any advice?

help please?

doesn't the ACT take care of the SAT subject tests for you?

your SAT score isnt significantly lower than your ACT. i would only worry if you had under 2000. your higher ACT just shows that you do slightly better on that test than the SAT, and colleges will understand that. and if you think you can do better in october, you can take it a third time. three times is fine, as long as you improve.

No ACT does not take care of the subject requirements tests.

cool thanks. any other opinions?
