question!

im a 12th grader and i live in ca and im planning to apply to the UCs. Here are the problems:
since the apps are due by nov. 30th and the act is in december, will they consider my december score.
if i put UCs as my 4 free score reports when i am registering for my december test, which test date scores will they send?

1) Varies, many of teh schools I'm applying to RD take December scores.
2) They send ALL previous scores wih SAT reports- so December 2007 & earlier (up to the beginning of 9th grade).

the latest test (either sat or act) you can take for UCs is the december test. So you're safe to take the test. you won't be able to note it on your application but you can put it under the "planned test dates" section

Before, I was shuffling between the ACT and SAT forums- my mistake on posting SAT info. December test date is the last one taken for most schools.

SAT- All scores sent
ACT- Scores by date

Advantage of the ACT is you get to cherry pick your scores, Advantage of the SAT is that you only have to pay once to send more than one score.

The latest ACT scores will be sent, that's it. So, the december scores, once they come in, will be sent.

just wondering. when do you send scores? ie when you apply, after you apply?
