Question.

Okay, so I was watching Family Guy tonight and it was the episode where Brian accidently sells Rupert (Stewie's teddy bear) at a yard sale. Brian and Stewie go to Colorado to track the guy who bought the bear down, and when they finally find him he won't give it back. So Stewie says something like "I challenge you to a skiing contest! If I win I get Rupert back". The guy who bought him says "what do I get if I win?" Stewie says "my dog". The guy says "well, what can he do?" Stewie says "he can...lick peanut butter off of any part of your body you put it on, and I mean anyyyy." So the guy says "ah, well I did go to Choate. Okay."
I don't know anything about the school.
What was that reference referring too?

I think someone said that the show's producer attended Choate, so it was just a dig.

well...
the producer of Family Guy went to Kent (I'm pretty sure its Kent but it may be Deerfield) And obvisouly, Kent and Deerfield both hate Choate.

Oh, okay, I had that sort of mangled.

no, i think there's word for--you know--that rhimes with choate.

Yeah, there's another thread about this that was posted probably around a year ago.

It's because the producer went to Kent and they have a small rivalry.
