<p>I am a transfer applicant and checked TAMS. On the checklist there is a spot for "Counselor's Recommendation" but on the Tufts website it doesn't say anywhere that a Counselor's recommendation is required for transfers. Which is correct? Is a counselor's recommendation required or is it not?</p>
