<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>I have a question to ask. If I graduate in Dec. 2010, can I apply for grad schools (typically BME programs) in the fall of 2009? Is it possible to defer the acceptance by a semester and start grad study in Jan. 2010?</p>

<p>Very rarely can you do that…most likely you’ll have to wait until Fall 2010.</p>

<p>I don’t know all that much about biomedical engineering but in the biomedical sciences programs only start in the fall semester (or summer if you do an early rotation).</p>

<p>Agreed. Still very unlikely. You can always look into attending a university in Australia where they start in February. Melbourne and ANU are both excellent, but funding is another issue.</p>
