Question

I was wondering if anyone here knew the maximum amount of credits that you’re allowed to take at OSU. Not per quarter, just overall. I’ve looked at past threads, and tried looking at the osu.edu site, yet I couldn’t find anything related to it =/ Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Overall?

As long as you're paying tuition, I believe you can keep taking classes (up to the credit limit) as long as your heart desires.

Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me what the credit limit is?

The Speaker is talking about the 21-credit-per-quarter limit, which isn't what you're interested in, right?

I don't believe there is an overall credit limit. I asked once because I was concerned about excessive AP credit. My advisor said it was no problem, people graduate with large amounts of credit all the time. If you're bumming around the university for 10 years maybe that would be a different story...?

Ahhhh, thank you! That's so great.
