If you're not asking for financial aid, you don't need to fill out the CSS, Penn Financial Aid Supplement, etc, before November 1st right?

umm i guess an additional question is do we even need to fill this out this "CSS" at all if we aren't applying for aid? (idk what that is cuz i normally skip over financial aid questions because idk about it... If we need to, where/what is it?

Oh I completely forgot about this too. It says on the Penn Financial Aid form that the profile has to be done and submitted before nov 1.

Try here: CSS/Profile - student financial aid application

Well, that's odd.
Because I'm technically an international student till my green card is finally approved, and because my parents work from in the US and are permanent residents, the website tells me to fill out the domestic financial aid application, even though I don't want to fill it out and face the possibility of being rejected due to financial concerns.
I'd rather take out a 50k loan thanks.

haha four 50k loans.. i mean damn haha does any one realizze by the end you probably could have gone to state college and then bought a badass house (saying houses are so cheap now) .. granted I have to do the same thing with the loans, but god dam haha. A whole house!!!

Pfft, I don't want to be a home owner.

But my point is that I'm kind of mad that the financial aid department would rather reject someone than let them take out a loan.
And they're very ambiguous, so I need to call them up tomorrow during my lunch to ask them about this -.-

but we DONT need to make an account if we arent asking for aid right? (this seems stupid to ask but just double checking)

It won't be too hard to pay off coming out of an ivy league ;)

That's my understanding, too. If you're not applying for aid, you don't have to fill out the forms.
