Question!!

Ok I have a problem. We have to have to take a performing art before we graduate but I dont have room for it in my schedule. If worst comes to worst I will have to dual-enroll in a local community college in some kind of art : / I am taking Spanish 4 next year but I dont think its totally necessary as far as Notre Dame standards go. A kid got accepted there from my school with only 2 years of spanish and they only require two. The problem is that the honors program at my school requires 4 years of spanish so if I dropped it, I wouldnt graduate with honors all because of spanish. Is this situation explainable or should I just stick with it and graduate with the honors program? I think its a dumb way to do the program because I've known kids to drop Spanish 4 to take a much harder class like AP Physics...yet they dont graduate with honors. Dont even get me started on foreign language classes!! : ) Anyways...what should I do?

thanks for all the input..

I'd say just take the class and deal with it, especially if it's like at my school where you get an insane GPA boost for taking all honors courses. It'll help more than hurt, especially if you barely eek through the class.
