<p>What exactly are Trustee Scholarships? I was on the NYU board for Tisch and a student was saying how they received 13K via one..? If someone could explain how that works I'd greatly appreciate it.</p>
<p>It’s just another name for a bucket of money that colleges can dip into. Every school is going to have all kinds of scholarships and grants with different names on them. What they call them doesn’t really mean anything from school to school.</p>
<p>You will have to look at each individual school and look up the specific scholarship to find out what the details are for that school. So I suggest you go to NYU’s website and look up Trustee Scholarship.</p>
