Questionable first semester GPA

<p>Hey, I know colleges want you to keep senior GPA above a 3.0, but are they talking about weighted, or unweighted when they say that.</p>

<p>My grades were...
AP English - A
AP Calc - C
Honors Physics - C
Government - B+</p>

<p>Weighted: 3.5
Unweighted: 2.75</p>

<p>Btw I already wrote a letter to the school about how my mom has been in and out of the hospital throughout high school, and included that she had a heart attack on the night before my first finals for first semester if that gives me anyyy leeway.</p>
