Questions about a Second Bachelors Degree in the US??

I was wondering if many top level Universities in the US offer a second bachelors degree to undergraduate applicants. In the next year or so I will complete a degree in Jamaica at University of the West Indies [UWI] where I live. However, I really wish to attend University in the US but I was unable and still will be until my financial situation is cleared up. I am pursuing my current degree so that I will be able to get a job in Jamaica, earn money and then be able to apply and pay for the degree in the states. So my question given these facts do any of you know of Universities offering a second bachelors degree to an applicant?

Note - I wish to pursue a Mechanical Engineering Degree, for degrees in Jamaica are not valid in the US. Also I chose to get the first degree instead of working because no one would employ someone without a degree at all... thus I had no choice.

Thanks in advance!

You should work for a year or two, save your money, and then apply to graduate school in the US.

For guidance on this process, read everything (and I do mean everything) at the EducationUSA website [International Students - EducationUSA](http://www.educationusa.state.gov/) and then schedule an appointment with one of the counselors at the advising center in Jamaica.
