Questions about "Activities"

<p>I have several questions about filling in "Activities" section in the Common App. </p>

<p>1) Is it ideal to attach a resume? I would like to add more detail about my invovlvement in some of my activities, but I heard from somewhere that colleges do not want additional info unless it is very significant (e.g. special circumstances, illnesses etc). Is this true? </p>

<p>2) When filling in 7 activities, do I group similiar activities under one category (e.g. one section on music containing school band, jazz band, regional orchestras) or do I separate them indivdiually (e.g. one spot for school band, another for jazz band etc)?</p>

<p>3) Where should I put down my internship if I wasn't paid?</p>

<p>I have three activities that have to do with tennis (Varsity Tennis, Club Tennis Player, USTA Tournament Player all 4 years) and also two activities that have to do with my church (Alter Server Leader, Alpha Program Youth Group).</p>
