<p>Yes, include your 1900 score in your application since that is going to be the only score available to you at the time. The UCs will look at the highest single sitting score. Say you put 1900 on your app but in December you get 2000 and you send that score report in, the UCs will look at the 2000. The UCs will look at whichever score is better, your SAT or ACT. So if you do happen to do better on the ACT, they’ll look at that.</p>
