Questions about BC scoring..

I took AB and took BC after studying series, Euler's, and parametric a little independently..

And I bombed #6.. BC topic ..

I think I did good overall,, guess I missed at most 8 on my mc and at least 30 for the free response.

The thing that worries me is the total score.
Is it possible to get 4 on BC exam and 5 on AB exam if you didn't do that well on BC topic?
Would that one question affect my BC score by a lot? I really need 5 for BC....
I did all the other free response BC topics... Ugh,, I'm dying to know my score!!!

everything that I know is that you need at least a 70 to get a 5 for BC but the good news is that CB is generous in awarding partial credit  don’t worry!

What do you mean? Some of the free-response require answers from preceding questions. How are you suppose to do that?

well this year’s 2010 Form B wasn’t exactly that kind of “chain linked” questions.

The BC questions this year had pretty independent parts. Especially Q5-6.

I think it was only question 5, question 6 was the ****…

the one where u prove the diffy equation xy’-y = given series?
that was not actually too bad, I used the property of geometric series to do so.

wait were you form A or B benhpark???

I think he is form B. I think form is very very very easy compared to form A especially #6. I struggled with #6 on A but not on B. I used the released exam on collegeboard.

last year , i completely skipped around 10 or more MC questions and the ENTIRE last Free response question #6 (about series and sequences, of course) and STILL got a 5 on both Calc BC and the AB subscore :)
