I'm a freshman in college, taking the following classes:

Psychology:A+
Physics: A+
French 3: A+
Algebra 2: A+
English: A+
History: A+
Drama: A
2 Choirs: A+

These are my grades for second semester so far (I have a 4.3 GPA); my grades from last semester were 5 A+s, 4 As (I think).

None of those are "honors" classes, but that's because my school is very small (less than 200 students), and they aren't offered to freshmen. I'm taking chemistry over the summer so I can take AP Chem next year, as well as AP french and AP European History.

I don't have a ton of extra curriculars, just some community service at a homeless services center, a writing class weekly, tennis, Junior Statesmen of America, and NHD (my project won in county and now we're going to state).

As you can probably see, I like humandities as well as science. I really want to become a psychiatrist because it is kind of a mixture if my two favorite subjects (psychology and human bio).

Anyway, right now I'm really interested in applying to a BS or BA/ MD program later in my high school years. I'd love to know three things:
1) Do you think I have a chance of getting into one of these programs?

2) Do you know any good schools, preferably on the west coast, that have these programs?

3) Is there anything I should/could do to improve my chances of getting in? Just so you know, I've done extensive research of community service opportunities in my area, especially at hospitals, and have discovered that you must be 16 to volunteer (and I'm only 15)

Thanks so much!!!
