questions about cal grant gpa verification & fafsa

I applyed to UC for 2010fall from california community college.

I wonder gpa written in cal grant gpa verification is related to admission.
My gpa by fall 2009 was 3.90 that is the last semester for consideration of admission. However, because I got B in one class of winter 2010, my gpa was declined as 3.85. Thus, if school send gpa verification for cal grant, my gpa written in there will be 3.85. I'm worrying that will this gpa including winter semester only be used for cal grant? or be counted for consideration of admission?

I have no idea about two questons in student eligibility of fafsa.

1) When you begin the 2010-2011 school year, what will be your grade level?
-because i will transfer to university from community college, maybe 3rd yr./junior?
(Never attended college/1st yr.
Attended college before/1st yr.
2nd yr./sophomore
3rd yr./junior
4th yr./senior
5th yr./other undergraduate
1st yr.graduate/professional
Continuing graduate/professional or beyond )

2) When you begin the 2010-2011 school year, what degree or certificate will you be working on?
- 1st bachelor's degree?

(1st bachelor's degree
2nd bachelor's degree
Associate degree (occupational or technical program)
Associate degree (general education/transfer program)
Certificate/diploma (occupational/technical/education program of less than 2 yr.) Certificate/diploma (occupational/technical/education program of at least 2 yr.)
Teaching credential program (nondegree program)
Graduate/professional degree
Other/undecided )

If you will have completed 2 years in a CC and will be transferring in as a junior then you will be a junior.

Assuming you have not previously gone to another college and got a bachelors degree, then you will be working on your first bachelors degree.

The data you submit for the calgrant is only used for verifying you are eligible for the calgrant. It is nothing to do with admissions to your college. That will be based on the application to transfer that you have completed.
