<p>I'm an International student who has never been to United States.
On my California Residency Form, which appeared while I was accepting my admission to UCSD, it asked me which VISA I expect and my current United States status.
Should I choose " I have/am expecting an F1 VISA" or "I have no status to report"
I've not begun the application for the US Visa yet, so I was thinking I should go with the latter.
I just thought it'd be wise to confirm.</p>
