questions about college in Europe and work

<p>Questions about European higher education and work?
ok a few things, I really want to go to school and live in Europe, my grandmother is Austrian and she is teaching me German, I am thinking about either AT,CH,or DE but right now because of how I did in high school I am at what would be the equivalent of a vocational track in europe (community college)
1 can americans go to European technical vocational schools (I hear there better than community colleges in the us)
2 are associates degree credtis transferable to european schools
3 are European degrees recognized in the us (I know its different than ba,ma,phd)
4 what is the quality of continental European schools (I know voc ed is good but regular is better in the uk, but I could be wrong)
5 can I get a work permit if i study and how long will it last,( I tried to get an Austrian passport but I could not do so)
4 I hear higher education in pan germania is unstructured , is this true
5 If somehow in the future I could get an Austrian passport what is the competition working (as an American or a non Austrian)?
