Questions about colleges, please help

I got into UC Riverside, UC Santa Cruz, and Cal State Fullerton; none of them were my top choices. I don’t particularly want to go to any of these colleges, but from first to last choice: CSUF, UCR, UCSC (based on location and financial reasons). I plan to major in business administration/marketing.

Which of these schools has the best undergrad business program?

Which of these schools has the best campus?

Should I go to one of these schools or wait to apply for spring semester at a different school?

Would I have a good chance of getting into a better UC if I apply for spring semester 2009?

I know I don’t want to go to a community college unless I ABSOLUTELY have to. I’m trying to think of everything that will factor into my decision, so any opinions/advice is greatly appreciated.

Csuf is very well known for their busniess and communications majors and they have good hookups within those fields in both la and orange county. Csuf is a beautiful campus twenty five mins from the beach and the same with downtown la. The school is finishing up on a brand new business building which is massive and really nice and is doing the finishing touches on a new big gym with a few pools in it. They are at the top for cal states and business degrees right next to sdsu. And a lot of the colleges dont take spring apps so if you go that route make sure to research the other schools first. If you got denied fall i wouldnt plan on getting accepted for spring if you just got in to these three schools which are not super hard to get in. I personally like csuf and think it would be a great school to go to.
