Questions about Common App and SATIs/SATIIs with scores pending!!!!

Hey guys! This is my first post to CC. I would like advice on deciding which route to choose concerning SATs/SATIIs and the Common App. I am applying RD.

SATI/SATII Situation:
I took the SAT in March and October, and I improved by 70 points. I plan though to take them again in December to improve more. I took 2 SATIIs last Saturday and I am waiting for the scores. I have no idea how I did; I don't know if it is too well.

Q1: For Targets/Safeties
On the Common App, should I report the 2 times I took the SAT1 to my safety/target schools and then indicate I am taking them again? My reasoning is maybe they will accept me early before the deadline for the scores I already have, since they are target range. Is this possible/a smart choice?

Q2: Pertaining more to Reaches
Will indicating my lower SATI scores/ hurt me? Or will they like that I'm taking them again (I will indicate I am)? About SATIIs, should I even indicate I took them? Will they ask why I didn't report them if I do choose to send?

Q: General SATIIs
Is it wise to pick and choose which scores to leave blank? For example, can I self-report my 2 previous SAT1 scores and leave the SATII slot blank? Will they ask why I left it blank if I do choose to send the SATIIs?

I am aware I maybe have to make different versions of the CA, but I need help with the types of versions I should create (like which score reporting method).

Please help!!

Thanks in advance!
Emma

Or… can I leave the whole score section blank, apply/send my old SATI scores to colleges, then as soon as my December SATI comes out send it? This is advantageous because they won’t question why I reported some scores and not others.

Possible Disadvantage(?):
Will they reject me with these old scores before I send my December scores if they consider them too low? Or, will they reconsider me if they like my December score better? Can they take an applicant out of a reject pile with help of better scores?

YIKES!
