Questions about Cornell?

Im a soph. this year so that means I am class of '16. I want to prepare myself properly so I can gain admission into top colleges like Cornell.
I have some questions:
Do you send AP scores to Cornell?
How many AP classes are typically needed to have a good shot at admission(ED)?
(Right now I am taking only one, but I signed up for 3 next year, I only do classes im interested in)
If you apply ED, is only up to your Junior year transcript sent?
I already got 800 in two SAT subject tests (Math II and Chem), Does only sending two look bad?
I got a 2230 on the SAT, I think I can get it up to 2300+ next year is that good enough for Cornell ED? Also took the ACT, got a 29 no study.
I have 1000 hours community service(All in one place), I will have about 1500 by end of junior year, is that enough?
I am in only 3 clubs, though officers in all, should I join more?
What GPA is good enough, I think I will have a 3.96 or 3.98 by Junior year w/ all honors and AP, is that good enough.Thats the Lowest (Highschool is pretty easy, I don't procrastinate), and my rank right now is 8 out of 796 (Huge Year) I really cant advance higher because there are like 5 Asian Soph. that are doing Calc 3-4 and have already taken AP Calc + AP Stats, they are ahead of me by a lot of credits and thats how my school ranks.
THANKS IF YOU HAVE THE TIME TO ANSWER SOME OF THESE.
P.S - I know its a bit early but I want to go to Cornell ED - AEM, im not interested in other colleges, so I want to have a really good chance of getting in.

if ur EC’s fit, then you don’t have to worry.

Continue doing what you’re doing. Use your judgement as to what you can handle. The more AP’s the better, just don’t burn out. Your SAT scores are quite good (and legendary for just a sophomore). I’d say you have a good shot in the future. IMO two subject tests are fine. It seems like if you applied right now you’d get in. Just make sure to have good EXTRACURRICULARS.
