Questions about dorming at Albany

I’m in my decision process and wanted to ask a few questions about the freshman quads
-Is it possible to request roommates as an incoming freshman?
-How much does it cost to live in a 4 person suite?
-How are the locations of Indian and State?
-If you are/were a student, which quad would you say is better and why?

  2. the cost for your suite is all the same, it only depends on whether your room is a single, double or triple. I dont know the exact cost, you can check the room and board prices on the website, but I know singles, are obviously more expensive. 3-4. Indian is a freshman only quad, State is both freshman and sophomores and athletes. Both are pretty similar, there are multiple low rise building dorms and one tower in each. The tower on Indian is newly renovated, therefore it is extremely nice, hotel looking nice. Indian is nicer looking, the rooms are bigger and the food is better, however is more of the party quad, its more social, but some consider that to be "ratchet".
