Questions about EC's

<p>My son has been teaching himself Sign Language on his free time through guides and an instructor. Could this be considered an EC for when he applies to colleges or something like a special talent? We weren't really sure because there is no clubs for sign language at his school like at other schools. He is also apart of FBLA, MESS Club, and he is on the varsity track team.</p>
