Questions about Extracurriculars and Test Scores

Extracurricular Activity Questions:

1) I worked at my dad's laboratory over the summer. Is this less impressive than working at some unrelated person's lab? Should I specify that I was working at my dad's lab or just put "a professor's lab?"

2) I attended Kumon for about 1 year. I was doing about 5 hours a week. I also attended a Sunday math class for about 1 year, which was 2 hours a week. Do schools care about this? It's not like I won any awards or anything, but it was just a way to improve my math.

3) I am "on" a school club called Sierra Club. It is for the environment. I have done it 11th grade and am doing it 12th grade, but my position is utterly unremarkable and the time commitment is minimal. Would this just be dead weight on my application?

4) I volunteered at a library for about 10 hours total. I taught an old woman some of the basics of using a computer in this time. Is this also dead weight since it was so little time?

5) I plan on participating in Outdoor Track this year (senior year). I have done it all 3 previous years. Should I put down that I have participated 12th grade even though I haven't actually done it yet this year? This might apply to some of the other ECs on my list too.

Test Score Questions:

These are my scores, first of all:
AP: Biology 4, Chemistry 5, US History 5, English Language & Composition 5, Statistics 5
SAT II: Biology M 760, US History 800, Math II 800, Literature 750

Should I send in only my strongest scores (i.e. 800s and 5s), or all of them?
My area's Johns Hopkins rep said send only my best in (he specified that a 10 point difference is not a big deal, but that at a 50 point difference one would be better off just sending the better scores).

My guidance counselor, on the other hand, said to send all of them in.

If it matters, I am interested in biomedical engineering and applied math as potential majors, with a career interest in medicine.

One last question... is there any place where I can find my AMC/AIME score? I think I scored 105 on the AMC 12 but don't remember perfectly, and I did embarrassingly bad on the AIME.

Where should I put my AMC score? In the awards section perhaps? If listed under awards, what level of recognition would it be considered?

Lots of questions... answers to even one would be very appreciated. Thanks!

One more thing (why aren’t I allowed to edit my posts?)

I was selected for the Connecticut ARML math team in 10th grade. I did not attend since I completely forgot about it in a week’s time. I have not been selected since. Should I put down being selected as an award/achievement? or just leave ARML out of my application?
