Questions about Harvard or Harvard Admissions?

Well, the weird thing that happens with my interviews is that I somehow turn into the person who is asking the questions and the interviewer doesn’t ask me any; when I start to talk about myself, no questions arise and the interviewer keeps staring at me.

Would you recommend writing a thank you note to interviewers? Should the case be different with admission officer interviewers?

A thank-you note would be appreciated but I think that you are better off without it. Just say thanks at the end of the interview. A TY note won’t affect your chances one bit and the interviewer may or may not misinterpret your intentions. So I would say avoid sending anything after the interview, because the most you can do is send an email saying thanks a lot for your time yesterday, and then what…? so I guess you’re better of saying that at the end of the interview session.

thankyou internationalstudent for giving your time to answer these questions. its very kind of you!
does harvard have scorec´ choice for SAT? my first one was average and the second one was phenomenal.

harvard’s policy regarding the application is very simple: to give every student every opportunity to present an application that best represents them. you are free to use the score choice policy and you are free to (or not) send in the optional essay and to add any material that you believe is very relevant to your application
