Questions about IDOC

Just starting to work on IDOC tonight, questions here:

What if we have applied for 3 colleges and all of them are requiring IDOC?
Should we just send 1 to college board? or have to send 3 IDOCs to college board?

On the Dependent Student Verification Worksheet, it requires to fill "Name of College" but we are just applying for college as a undergraduate freshman and don't know which school will admit yet, should I just leave it blank? or put on all of those 3 colleges? or put on one college of each and send 3 separate IDOCs to college board?

We have only one W2 but which has 3 copies on one letter size page - Copy B on top, Copy C in the middle and Copy 2 on bottom, can I just print this letter size page with 3 copies (it's the same W2)? or do I need to cut out and just copy one of the copies?

The non custodial parent name automatic showed out on the cover sheet but we have lost contact, totally impossible to reach. The parents' marital status is never married and the custodial parent is also filling tax as the head of household. How can we tell college board this is a single parent family and need to have non custodial parent waiver?

Is there anybody can help please?

This is my second year.

 1. Send one to IDOC. This is the nice part. They will send to all three schools for you. Although this year, we only have one since D is a freshman. Basically IDOC is doing the scanning for the U.
 2. I don’t remember and did not keep a copy. Maybe put unknown yet or TBD - to be determined?
 3. I cut and put one since they said they only want one.
 4. Did not have this, sorry.

You will need to ask each college directly what you need to do to ask for a noncustodial parent waiver. Generally there is a form and documentation that will need to be sent to each college before they will make a determination.

For #3, the instructions very specifically state that they want ONE w-2 only per page, so we cut out and copied just the Federal one.
