Questions about life in medical school

From my female friends...many guys are intimidated by dating a woman who is certainly either A) smarter than they are, or B) going to make more money than they are.

There are other issues too. Girlfriends (in very general terms) are just expected to be around more, and medical students just can't make those time commitments.

Lastly, there are just a lot more females around a medical center. Medical students are near 50/50 splits at every medical school, and I'd imagine most pharm and PT classes are too, but nursing, PA, dietetics, and many of the other allied health profession classes are heavily dominated by women.

On a personal note, though, I don't date nurses - it just sounds way to cliche.

Pharm and PT are heavily, heavily female at my school.
