Questions about MCard Time-Saver Form

<p>On the form it says to return the letter within a week but I dont know if I can (camera). Is it alright if I send it in later?</p>

<p>Also, by filling out the TCF portion of the form, will the checking account be opened before or during orientation?</p>

<p>i don't think that form is a real time saver...i got my Mcard within 5 minutes of waiting in line at orientation...you'd prolly spend more time filling stuff out and mailing it etc</p>
