I had posted this earlier in the SAT section, but thought I may find more help here.

Does the common app require you to report all scores if you have them?
I have a bad SAT II World History Score, and if the common app has three slots (theoretically, not familiar with format), but the school I'd like to apply to only requires two scores, and I have two good scores in other subject tests (hopefully, taking in June), do I have to report the World History score?
Also, if I have a bad SAT I Score, but a good ACT score, must I report the SAT score? Will colleges take it to consideration if it's on my score report when I send them my SAT II subject tests, but not reported on the application? Is it dishonest not to report?
If I decide to use only the ACT to fulfill the test score submission requirements, but the school already has been sent my SAT I & II scores, do they take those into consideration?

No, but schools have their own policies. Some- like Stanford and most of the Ivies- expect you to report every single score you’ve taken.

What school are you applying to?

Also, be sure to send official score reports- that’s what the school actually looks at.

Only if the school doesn’t care about all your scores. It varies based on the school, so this is obviously something I can’t answer unless you look up the school- in which case you can just go to their admissions website and find out what they want.

I got it!
If a school explicitly says I must include all my scores, then I’m screwed,
but if they say I can use just the ACT to fulfill my requirements (specifically, like how yale does) (not aiming for yale, just happened to be on their site for a friend the other day), then I’m golden.

You don’t fill in SATs on the common app. You have college board send them directly to the colleges you are applying to.

You can self report test scores from ACT and SAT on CommonApp. There is a section for that. If you choose to report score, you need to answer the question on how many times you have taken the test. On CommonApp, you can only put in one score for each section, so it is kind of like superscoring that you pick your best score from different tests with specified test date. Nevertheless, this part is optional and you still need to submit official score reports to school anyway. Some schools may block certain part of CommonApp on their download. So even you self-report something, the school may or may not see it. You will find out on the PDF you generate at the time of submission.
