Questions about school forms to Yale!!!

I'll just shoot:

1.) I'm sending both my recommendations by mail. Do I staple the recommendation letter to the Common App Teacher Evaluation Form? To the front or to the back?

2.) Will the 'from' address be my home address or my school's address?

3.) Aside from labeling my envelopes with "Regular Decision", is it necessary for me to also write "Teacher Recommendation" or "Transcript" on the envelopes, too?

I'd prefer help from those who submitted their forms already via mail, but any help in answering this ton of questions is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

1) doesn’t matter. They’ll be scanned
2) doesn’t matter unless you mis address the envelope or don’t put enough postage. Return addresses are for when the letter needs to be returned. You can put down North Pole if you want
3) no. The letter openers have taken extensive training in being able to tell a transcript from a teacher rec. Yale only hires the finest.

I’m ribbing you but you’re seriously overthinking things, no? Good luck.

Haha, yeah, unfortunately I’m quite the overthinker. D:

I regret that I grow incredibly giddy when it comes to submitting urgent stuff, especially via post mail.

Thank you for replying, and making me chuckle while sealing these envelopes up.
