1) If I do correspondence courses at a local uni that are only giving me high school credit (and not college credit), do I still need to send a transcript to the colleges I'm applying to? And

2) If I am currently enrolled in a correspondence course that runs until February, do I still need to mention it on the common app and send my transcript when the course ends?

I’m pretty sure it only counts if they are college courses that are actually earning you credit towards your associate degree. If these are just like, PE courses, then you probably don’t need to send that.

I would say it depends on whether your high school is showing the credits/grades on your transcript. If they show them because the credits are being applied to your HS degree, then you probably don’t have to. If not, then you should send them. Yes, I would mention the 2nd course.
