questions about some schools

hey guys!

in your opinion. is the science program (especially biology / chemistry) and math program at lawerenceville good, in general? i've read that it's pretty hit and miss, as lawerenceville's strengths lie in the humanities.

how about the (science, especially) programs at deerfield / hotchkiss? i know they are pretty similar, so i'm trying to pick one from the two to apply to. how are their FA programs for internationals?

Hotchkiss has a great science program. They complete Physics, Chemistry and Bio in the first two years so that the kids can have the final two years to do AP or advanced work. In addition, they have state of the art equipment like a DNA sequencer. Of course, they offer independent research opportunities for those who are ready for a greater challenge.

In addition, their humanities program is a two year program for freshmen and sophomores which intertwines History, English, Religion and Philosophy, and an arts elective in an innovative, powerful way.

thanks for the info! hotchkiss seems really interesting, and I might actually apply there! anyone knows how their international financial aid program is like?
