Questions about summer session?

I think I'll take a summer class this year to take care of a core requirement. My question is, if I take one at a local community college, will it be cheaper and easier than, say, a private school? Sorry if it's a stupid/obvious question

Yes, but make sure with your regular school that the credit will transfer or you will have wasted your time and money.

Yes, it will be cheaper and easier than a private school. Keep in mind, though, that some credits might not transfer to your actual core requirement.

Consider CLEP credit too. And AP exams.

You can still take AP exams after you’ve graduated high school and matriculated?

As far as I’m aware. Exams aren’t the same as the AP classes, ya know. And CLEPs can definitely be taken by anybody at any time, so long as you have the fee.

Careful about the APs and CLEPs in college. Not all colleges take the., I know the UC system doesn’t take CLEP (if anyone knows about AP let me know).

Aha thanks everyone. I’m thinking about covering philosophy core
