I recently applied and I know they are big on leadership and involvement, but what constitutes ‘leadership’? Because I don’t have any executive club positions but I have some other things going on (council officer for hhca, general delegate for ksg, analyst for ecmg) but idk if they count. Would these count or potentially work in my favor? Or do only people with executive club positions have a chance at getting in?
