<p>Nope, not really...it was cold but bearable. It only rained a little the afternoon of the first day and the morning of the last day.</p>

<p>...check out photos from the Holi celebration on the swamp from Friday afternoon, when it was 45 degrees out and people ran around in shorts and t-shirts throwing water balloons.</p>
