<p>On the form it says put it on the "reverse" side of this form. So should the letter be printed on the back of the form?</p>
<p>How long can the evaluation be? Mine's is more than 4 pages double-spaced. Can I just 1.5 space it so it will fit on 2 pages?</p>
<p>Putting it on the reverse side is only if you're writing it by hand. If you're not, just attach it. There's technically no limit to how long the peer eval can be, but i I wouldn't go overboard. 4 pages may be a little long. If possible, I'd have someone check it to make sure everything in it is actually pertinent and useful information.</p>

you can just attach the printed letter to that form. You don't have to print directly on the form.</p>
