questions about transfering to UCLA

<p>i have a couple questions.</p>

<p>1) does it matter how long it takes me to transfer? if it took me 3 years to transfer to UCLA, would someone with the same GPA as me but took only 2 years get in over me?</p>

<p>2) if i get W's in all 4 of my classes my first semester, but i have a 3.7 when i transfer, would it be impossible for me to get into UCLA if i had a good reason for the 4 W's?</p>

<p>what's a W's ? and why would u want to stay in ccc for three years! i can't even stand staying two years that i'm going to transfer in one year.</p>

<p>some people even have to go to a community college.</p>
