Questions about UC application

My school makes you request a transcript then they mail it so should i just leave the part where it asks for all your grades blank?

I saw my scores for the oct 28th ACT early so would it be okay to only put those scores on the application?

I only took the ACT so is it fine that I leave the SAT portion blank?

Is it okay if i send my recommendations after i send the application in?

Also is it fine if i just send my score reports from SAT(for subject tests) and ACT like a day or two after i send my application
thanks for all the help i might have a few more questions

1) No, you must enter your classes and grades on the UC app -- the computer automatically calculates your UC gpa for the readers

2) Yes, just put highest scores.

3) Yes, see 2 above.

4) Recommendations will NOT be read -- do not send them.

5) No real rush to send official ACT score reports -- a few days or weeks won't matter, since they read the app based on self-reported scores. Of course, if you haven't taken the Subject Tests yet, you'll need to send to the scores to the individual campuses or your app will be held up.

Good luck.

more uc questions....

I asked this before but didn't get an answer.

Am I reading the fine print correctly 9th grade classes are all not honors (NH) and neither is 10th grade english?

Is there anything special we must do for out of state.

9th grade classes are not calculated into the UC capped GPA. Only 10th and 11th grade courses are, and if you took an honors class for english, then its an honors class and it gets counted up to 8 additional points...

And if you're from out of state, its just a bit harder to get in as people within the state get a priority.

Tral:

correct. As a general rule, Frosh and Soph courses are not UC-approved honors courses. But, if you take honors-precalc as a Soph, it is a UC-approved honors course.

what if you studied abroad, and you've taken more courses than the blanks provided?

perhaps the "Other" section, but really not sure pandora. Suggest you call the UC app help desk on thier 800 line, who are really helpful.
