I took the SAT once before and did awful because I didn't feel well. This weekend, I'm retaking the SAT. Would it be to my advantage to use Score Choice for the schools that allow it, or should I just send all my scores? If so, how exactly does Score Choice work, is it just me checking off which scores to send to which schools, free of cost?

For score choice you must choose which scores not to send; not sure how it is done in your on-line account.

Generally colleges use your best scores for admission and thus sending both good and bad ones won’t hurt you. Moreover, you are being a little presumptuous in assuming your new test score will be better than old one in relation to your currently selecting colleges for a free send. You could designate no colleges and just wait to send scores when the new score comes out but that will cost $10 a college.
