Hi all- I'm a Long Islander that finished his 11 applications weeks ago, but now I'm considering applying to some new schools in hopes that I can get a better financial aid package- WF is particularly appealing, because you don't have to send your SAT scores [my weakest component].

So my questions are- what are the general requirements for admission? Is an interview required? If so, do they do off-campus interviews?

Is it too late for me to apply- asking this, because if an interview is required, it may be past the deadline to request one.

And lastly, how is the FA at WF???

Any help would be much appreciated.

There is an interview, but you have the option of doing it a) in person; b) via Skype; or c) a timed written interview (online).

WFU does meet 100% of need, but you may end up with quite a few loans; merit based aid is fairly hard to come by.

Is it too late to do the written interview online? The website says that the deadline to request an interview is Nov 15th. Or is that only on-campus ones?

Too late for the online interview? How do I request it?

it’s not too late; i did one about 1 1/2 weeks ago. a few days after you submit your application they’ll send an email with instructions and a PIN# to access the online interview. i guess it’s not optional at this point because they woudln’t review my application until i completed the interview.

i thought the interview was crazy hard by the way so good luck!
