Questions! (Application/Calculus/Undeclared major?)

I'm in top 8% so I'm not too worried about getting in but the ApplyTexas application is really confusing. For the extracurricular activities portion, how exact are you supposed to be? I am an officer for several clubs and I'm involved in several clubs but I don't document my hours so exactly that I know how many hours/week I do.

Also, I am in Calc AB currently and making a B. Math is definitely not my strongest subject and I have had friends who are in UT now that didn't take any math classes their senior year. Do you think that would be a good option for me? UT only accepts 4/5 on the AP (am I correct on this?) and I don't think I am able to make that high of a score on it. I know several people who took Calc AB/BC in high school but didn't get AP credit so they have to take it again in college.

Last question! I want to major in something in the liberal arts but my mom says I should go in as undeclared just to see if I might be interested in something else (she'd like me to major in pre-law/med -_-). I'd like to be in the honors college/plan II but if I apply as undeclared, would that hurt my chances of getting in in the future? Can an undeclared major still be in plan II their freshman year?

Thanks. :D

your mom will be very dismayed when she finds out that there is no pre-law or pre-med major

If you’re Plan II, then you’re not undeclared…
