Where do you get a counselor? Should one go to a consultancy?

How do we get a fee waiver? They say it requires a counselor to write a letter of request.

Whats the last date to take sat? Is it december?

No.

If you’re not a US citizen or don’t live in the US, you’re not eligible for a fee waiver. Read [SAT Fee Waivers and Reductions](K–12 Educators: SAT Fee Waivers – SAT Suite | College Board) VERY carefully.

Most colleges will accept test scores up to January, although you’re really pushing your luck at that point.

1) Your counselor is your principal.
2) You must get your counselor fill up the CollegeBoard’s fee waiver request form.
3) The last date to take SAT depends on the college to which you apply. Its mostly Decemeber, but a few colleges accept January scores too.

Oops, I was thinking that fee waiver you mentioned was for your college application. If its for SAT, then dasadhikarik is right

thanks guys
I meant the fee waiver for common application.
I am an indian student doing all this on my own. So it rather difficult to understand everything of the admission processes. Is there a collection of helpful links for indian students who are applying all on their own to us universities (undergrad) ?
