questions fo SUNY Geneseo transfer students, or anyone who knows the SUNY system well

I am currently a freshman at niagara university looking to transfer in the fall to geneseo. i applied in early october of last year, and my application was complete by mid january.

just some quick stats: highschool gpa: 3.1, college gpa 3.3, SAT scores: MATH 520, reading/englishy language part (that actual name escapes me): 640, writing 600.
also i went to a pretty prestigious all girls school, took one ap, and did very well etc etc.

ANYWAYS i was wondering what my chances of actually getting into geneseo are, because i know it is very difficult and my scores arent the best, but i also heard it was easier to get in as a transfer, so i was wondering if someone with experience could tell me about that.

also i was wondering if they have some sort of system for sending out letters, like do they send them out in random waves, or alphabetically or do they send all the acceptance letters out first and then the rejection letters (my worst fear EVER). because it's march 20th and i still havent heard if i got in or not, and i talked to someone who applied way later than me and got their acceptance letter like two weeks ago. so i'm over here dying and freaking out because i was to go there SO BADLY!

thank you for all your help, i really appreciate it.

I go there now and, really, its a joke to get in here as a transfer. I think its like >50% get in.
Admissions here is incompetent, but not 2 weeks incompetent. They usually send them out all at once - I would give them a call and ask.

i did call them a week a go on thursday, and they said i should hear back in a week to ten days, and ten days happened as of today hahah. the reason i’m so worried is i know other people who applied later than i did, and they heard back over two weeks ago. so i was just wondering is it possible they send out all acceptances first and then rejections? or is it just random?
