hey i was admitted into sebs and was thinking of applying for the busch campus. Would that be the best possible location or is there something better? Also, do you have a general description of each campus?

if you’re in sebs, a lot of your major-related classes will be on cook or douglass (a lot of science classes seem to be on douglass as well as busch), so it would be more convenient to live on cook. but i know a couple people in sebs who live on busch and they’re doing fine. it’s just that sometimes, especially during rush hour, it will take close to an hour to get to cook from busch.

kendallandkaylan - i’d go with NJIT. And anyway, it shares a campus with RU-Newark, so you’d still get some of the Rutgers vibe from that (:

hey im currently a freshman, and ill be a soph next yr.
I got a high lottery number, and Im planning to live in the suites on Busch campus next year with some friends.

Is there a significant difference between the suites- Judson, Crosby, McCormick, Morrow, Thomas, or the Winkler suites? Which suite is the best one?

Looking for a good social environment where i can meet lots of ppl and also study.

Which one would you recommend?

Is the cell biology and neuroscience harder to get into than other majors and what do they look for the honors program applicants, I really want to be part of it.

Do any of you know anything about the Achievement in Math & Science (AIMS) Learning Communities or the Summer Bridge programs?

CBN (Cell bio nueroscience) is a major in the SAS (school of arts and sciences). Basically, declaring a major isn’t all that hard. Just need a good enough GPA (2.8+ I would think) and non failing science courses.

BTW, if you didn’t know, the moment you get into SAS Rutgers, you are an undecided major. Usually, students DECLARE their major around sophmore year or junior year, depending on the amount of science (in this case) AP credits they came in with.

which campus is good to live in if you’re taking psych or nutrition classes?

what kind of grades does it take to achieve recission of acceptance?

I am the sal of my class going to RU and right now my grades are very ****ty…I have straight B’s except for one class that im getting a C- in. My previous gpa was a 3.9 lol
