<p>Many of the sororities are going to a process where they divide the pledge classes into small groups of 10 or so girls. Each group has an active who is in charge of her group. These girls get to know each other really well…they then have exchanges and swaps with the other groups so by the time initiation happens the pledge class has met one another and really there seems to be a lot of bonding. One sorority started this in 2010 and many did it in 2011…I am sure with quota at 95 and some sororities taking over 100 that many more have jumped on board.</p>
